Yoga
Surely each of us has heard of yoga at some point. Nowadays, it is becoming very popular, many people seek it for a pleasant stretching or strengthening of the body. However, yoga is far from just about standing on your head or stretching shortened muscles. From my point of view, yoga is a lifestyle. It is an ancient teaching that brings balance to life. Using yoga, i.e. movement, breathing exercises, concentration, meditation, but also certain life principles, it is possible to rediscover one's true essence of Being.
So my goal is not only to exercise, but also to find a way to self, to dedicate your time to yourself and be here and now.
In yoga lessons, under my guidance, we focus on breath, body and mind. We discover breathing techniques, focus on relaxation, concentration, movement and meditation.
